My son had lost the battery charger for his razor electric scooter, we received it promptly in the mail and plugged it in right away. It took a long time to charge it (fine- it was out of commission for a long while) but when we thought it was fully charged, he made it to the end of the driveway(short driveway)before it died. We thought well, it wasn't used for so long, let's charge it even longer this time. Nope, still didn't last and when we went to disconnect it, it sparked. Thought that was fluke, but again, nope, it happened everytime we plugged + unplugged it from the scooter.
